Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Local and International purchases will be dispatched within 20 working days from the order confirmation via DHL.

*Taxes & duties will be paid in full by the customer upon delivery.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in not more than 10 days from delivery for a full refund. All items shall be in the original packing with the original product condition.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of returning the products back. It is recommended to return the item via DHL for ease of tracking and delivery.

Once your item is received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, tax and duties charges. Please allow 14 business days after the item is received for your credit to be processed.
